Business Analyst: 

​

• Consulting services for strategic decision-making, implementation of business plans, and market research.

​

• Direct support and training for Business Operations, Operational Contract Support (OCS), Supply Chain/Logistics, Whole of Government, Humanitarian Assistance - Disaster Recovery (HA/DR), Cybersecurity, Small Business development, Risk Mitigation (including Red Team support), Program/Procurement Management Reviews (PMRs), Contingency Contracting, Contract Management, and other Business and Acquisition challenges.

Procurement Analyst: 

​

• Direct support and training through all phases of the acquisition process, from requirements development through source selection to contract award and post-award contract management. ​

​​

• Develop and implement sustainable solutions through policies, processes, and business tools/systems.  Leverage legacy systems/tools, develop contract writing systems, and employ business software (Atlassian Jira software and Confluence workspaces, Microsoft Office products,  etc.).  

​​

• Support contracting officers and provide more visibility to acquisition leaders, to ensure accountability and effective mission support.  

​

Operational Contract Support (OCS):  ​

​​

• ​Develop and implement solutions for contract support integration, contracting support, and contractor management.  

​​

• Capable of supporting OSD, Geographic Combatant Commands (GCCs), and individual Organizations, including OCS Integration Cells (OCSICs), LSCCs, and LSCs; the USD(A&S) Joint Rapid Acquisition Cell (JRAC), including the Defense Assisted Acquisition Cell (DA2); and similar efforts.
