About Candlebrook, LLC:

Kevin Burke, Candlebrook LLC owner, is a Business Analyst and a Procurement Analyst.  He is based in the Philadelphia, PA area and is available to travel world-wide.

​

Kevin provides business and procurement support services, employing his experience gained through current projects and previously as a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Officer, Contracts Manager, and Procurement Analyst. 

 

• His DLA assignments included DLA Troop Support in Philadelphia, DLA Europe in Germany, DLA Contracting Service Office (DCSO) in Philadelphia, the DLA Joint Contingency Acquisition Support Office (JCASO) at Fort Belvoir, and DLA Acquisition (J7) Operations at Fort Belvoir.

• He has also deployed to and performed temporary duty in EUCOM, AFRICOM, CENTCOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM.

• He is certified DAWIA Level 3 (contracting), and is a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).

Candlebrook, LLC is currently working as a subcontractor to SNTC, providing contract policy and Business Processing Reengineering support for the Department of the Navy, Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Procurement) (DASN(P)), and as a subcontractor to NavAide, providing procurement analyst support to the U.S. Navy's Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) and the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR).
